But that doesn’t mean you have to go “to the mountain” to hear your own soul callings. She makes it very clear that learning to express who you really are does not prevent you from having a life. You can still be fun, chic and sexy, while doing self discovery work. In fact, when she’s not helping smart and savvy women listen to their soul’s callings, she enjoys a modern New York City life. She likes going dancing, enjoying good food and exploring what the city has to offer.

Her unique blend of city-savvy and soul-awareness helps her relate profoundly to women who are fully accomplished in the eyes of society, yet have a deep heart’s yearning for something more.

Elizabeth’s uniquely balanced background includes an MBA from Vanderbilt, seven years of corporate consulting and nearly a year of international development study in West Africa.

On top of that, she is certified in Soul Awareness Healing, Thai Yoga Bodywork and Herbal Healing, which brings a deep understanding of the mind-body connection in her consultations.
